You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site, except as follows: your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.

6. User-Generated Content

By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant Kindletangent a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that the content is accurate, not confidential, and not in violation of any contractual restrictions or other third-party rights. Kindletangent is not responsible for any User-Generated Content and does not endorse any opinions expressed in such content.

We reserve the right to remove or edit any User-Generated Content for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or applicable laws. You acknowledge that we may monitor User-Generated Content but are not obligated to do so.

7. Payment Terms

Some features of our services may require payment of fees. By using such features, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with your use of the services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Kindletangent reserves the right to change its fees at any time, with notice to you.

You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and for ensuring that your payment method is valid and up to date. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may suspend or terminate your access to the services until payment is received.

In no event shall Kindletangent’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for using the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, Kindletangent’s liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Termination

Kindletangent may terminate or suspend your account and access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or if we believe that your conduct poses a risk to the services or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for any reason, including but not limited to inactivity, violation of these Terms, or any applicable law. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any associated content.
